Coach Jac (Keith) is a Strength and Conditioning coach who has worked at the high school and college level. Coach Jac's goal is to increase the physical and mental fitness of his athletes by coaching functional movement patterns and implementing Strength and Conditioning programs, as well as improving the quality of life of his clients. Coach Jac runs programs for middle school, high school, and college athletes as well as personal training for all fitness levels.

Hey, I’m Coach Mo, and I help athletes and busy individuals reach their fitness goals. With over six years of experience as a personal trainer, a B.S. in Exercise Science, and certifications in High-Performance Coaching (Level 2) and Precision Nutrition (Level 1), I bring science-backed training to every session.I’ve worked as a strength coach for North Carolina FC and a head coach in NCFC Youth’s ECNL program, training youth, college, and pro athletes.
