I understand that using the facility carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, or equipment-related injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks and release Archetype Strength, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my visit.Additionally, I understand that my personal information (name, phone number, and email) will only be used by Archetype Strength to contact me with gym-related offers, updates, or promotions.
